You get more than a new employee

When you hire through APM Employment Services you get a partner dedicated to helping you and your business thrive.

With post placement support you gain multiple benefits to meet the needs of sustaining the employment of your new team member.

The level of support available may vary depending on your new employee’s circumstances and the employment program they’re in.

Your dedicated APM employment consultant will discuss the supports available to you, which may include:

  • Onboarding support to help new hires settle into their role
  • Performance management so employees meet your requirements
  • Support and training to help welcome employees with disability, or from culturally and linguistically diverse communities
  • Help to resolve issues that arise to ensure smooth operations
  • Financial incentives such as wage subsidies and funding for workplace modifications
  • Simplified processes and reduced red tape to help recruit and retain staff

Get in touch or visit your local APM office to see how we can support your business.
