Disability workplace assessments to support your team
If you’re not sure how to make changes to support an employee, our assessments can help
As a member of the Australian Government’s National Panel of Assessors, APM provides thorough, accurate assessments to determine support needs for people with disability in the workplace.
We provide assessments for three types of support:
1. Ongoing support assessments to enable a person with disability to maintain employment in your current job.
2. Employment assistance fund to assess your workplace and your employee’s role to see if work related modifications, tools or equipment are needed.
3. Supported wage system for people who are not able to work at the same productivity levels as their co-workers due to the effects of an injury or disability.
