Evidence-based mental health support for all Australians

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: everyone deserves access to quality mental health support.

For more than 30 years, we have been supporting people to improve their mental health through evidence-based allied health and intervention services, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

As the needs of our communities evolve, so do we - adapting our national and local services to support people with every aspect of their life at home, at work, or in life.

We’re guided by the principles of early intervention, digital accessibility, and strong community partnerships.

Through evidence-based care, we empower individuals, support families, strengthen workplaces, and build healthier communities.

Our national services support more than 663,000 Australians experiencing mental ill-health, disability, injury, or disadvantage - or simply those needing a helping hand - along with millions more who access our digital wellbeing resources each year.

Our impact is growing - and so is our commitment to providing the right support, at the right time.

We’re here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our services

We provide a comprehensive range of mental health services designed to support individuals, families, and organisations.

Our services are person-centred, culturally inclusive, and designed to create lasting, measurable outcomes.

Who we support

Through our partnerships and programs, we tailor support to people across all walks of life - individuals, families, employees, leaders, and teams.

We operate nationwide, with expert local teams embedded in hundreds of communities across Australia, providing personalised mental health support that is accessible and responsive to local needs, every day.

Our holistic approach to wellbeing, addresses interconnected factors that influence a person’s mental health - including sleep, nutrition, exercise, financial wellbeing, and specific health topics such as menopause and neurodiversity.

We also use a stepped-care approach, delivering support at the level that best fits each person’s needs.

Whether it's proactive, preventative, or responsive care, our evidence-based services are designed to:

  • Reduce the impact of stress and mental health challenges
  • Coach individuals to manage mental health issues
  • Support people to navigate mental health services
  • Build emotional resilience
  • Help people recover, grow, and thrive

We also provide inclusive, culturally safe support for:

  • First Nations peoples, through community-informed approaches that honour cultural identity, connection to Country, and holistic wellbeing.
  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) communities, with multilingual resources and culturally responsive practitioners who understand the unique challenges of migration, identity, and belonging.
  • LGBTQIA+ individuals, by creating affirming, respectful spaces that recognise diverse identities and lived experiences, and by offering support that is free from judgment and discrimination.
